Nearly start time

 It all starts tomorrow, 11am at the start line… after being fed to the brim for the last two days (thanks Mum) Mum and dad are driving us to the top and dropping us off.

Bikes all packed ready to go, 1 is the kitchen, 2 is the pantry, 3 is the bedroom, 4 is the handbag, 5 is the shed and 6 is the wardrobe soon to be washing basket. 

90 Miles of sand here we come!!

The first blog

 So here goes my first blog post not exactly sure how this works…. On the 1st of March Chris and I are riding from Cape Reinga to Bluff to see the sights and raise some money for “Big Brothers Big Sisters” and “Otautahi Animal Rescue” will take us around 25 days at this stage. We will be loaded up with all our gear but the first night (after riding 90 mile beach) will be the first time I’ve ever bike packed… Follow me here for regular updates and comment to let us know how your going.
